ALVARO GONZALEZ
As a game designer, Alvaro applied design thinking to create innovative toys and experiences for clients including Spin Master, Hasbro, Sony, and Samsung. He directed and co-designed Ghostbusters Afterlife: ScARe, an AR mobile game. Alvaro spearheaded the design vision for many six and seven-figure projects, interfacing with teams across various disciplines, streamlining production flow, and managing clients.

LAURIE PETERSON
Laurie brings a well-rounded perspective to the invention table, blending creativity with business sense developed while earning her MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Laurie gained early toy experience as a Producer at Leapfrog before leading several startups. Her products received top awards including "Most Innovative Toy of the Year", “Educational Toy of the Year”, and "Toy of the Year".

Laurie was named TAGIE Rising Star Toy Inventor of the Year after her patented line of Build & Imagine magnetic dollhouses won more than thirty awards, earned thousands of five star reviews, and were sold into major retailers including Amazon, Target, QVC, and Barnes & Noble.
Rebel Play operates from zero to launch, identifying market opportunities and creating IP and innovations that expand categories.
